Welcome to Atechly Innovation (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our marketplace website atechly.in and its related tools. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of the Marketplace (Intermediary)

Atechly Innovation operates as an online marketplace. We provide a platform where third-party vendors ("Sellers") list their products and "Buyers" purchase them.

• Atechly is an Intermediary: We do not always manufacture or own the inventory listed by third-party sellers.

• Contract of Sale: The contract for the sale of any product is a bipartite contract between the Buyer and the Seller.

2. Eligibility

To use this platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account display name and password.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Sahi Tech, Sahi Growth: Platform Usage

In line with our mission of providing the "Sahi Tech" for "Sahi Growth," users agree:

• Not to host, display, upload, or modify any information that belongs to another person without right.

• Not to upload viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt or limit the functionality of the platform.

• Not to engage in "shill bidding" or fake reviews to manipulate seller ratings.

5. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

• While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Atechly Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, including but not limited to the quality of products delivered by third-party vendors.

7. Intellectual Property

The "Atechly" name, logo, and the tagline "Sahi Tech, Sahi Growth" are the exclusive intellectual property of Atechly Innovation. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law
