At Atechly Innovation, we strive to ensure you get the “Sahi Tech” for your needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our marketplace (atechly.in), we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
In accordance with Indian Consumer Protection laws, returns are accepted if:
The product is defective, damaged, or expired upon arrival.
The product is different from what was ordered (wrong color, size, or model).
The product is missing parts or accessories mentioned in the listing.
The product is not genuine (counterfeit).
Note: Returns must be initiated within 7 days (or as specified on the product page) of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or licensing reasons:
Downloadable software or digital licenses.
Personalized or custom-made tech products.
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page (unless they arrive damaged).
3. How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account at atechly.in.
Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the item you wish to return.
Upload clear photos or an unboxing video (recommended) of the issue.
Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
4. Refunds
Approval: Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking). We do not force “Store Credit” for defective items.
5. Cancellations
By Buyer: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. No cancellation fees will be charged if cancelled before shipping.
By Seller/Atechly: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a mistake by the seller (wrong/defective item), the seller will bear the return shipping cost.
For “Change of Mind” returns (where applicable), the buyer may be responsible for the return shipping fees.
