At Atechly Innovation, we are committed to delivering the “Sahi Tech” to your doorstep efficiently and safely. This policy outlines how we handle shipping for all orders placed on atechly.in.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to over 19,000+ PIN codes across India.
Delivery to remote areas or North-Eastern states may take an additional 2–3 business days.
International shipping is currently not available.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
Order Processing: Once an order is placed, the Seller typically confirms and packs the order within 24–48 hours.
Dispatch: Orders are handed over to our logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express) immediately after packing.
You will receive a Tracking ID via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary based on your location and the Seller’s warehouse location:
Within Maharashtra (Local): 2–4 Business Days.
Metro Cities (Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 Business Days.
Rest of India: 5–7 Business Days.
Note: Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or high-volume sale periods.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the product and the delivery distance.
Free Shipping: Some Sellers may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999). Look for the “Free Delivery” tag on product pages.
Octroi/Entry Tax: All prices on Atechly are inclusive of GST. However, any local state entry taxes or octroi (if applicable) must be borne by the buyer.
5. Delivery Process & Safety
Verification: For high-value tech products, a One-Time Password (OTP) may be required at the time of delivery to ensure the package reaches the right user.
Damaged Packaging: If you notice the outer packaging is torn or tampered with, do not accept the delivery. Please report this immediately to our support line at 9404451851.
Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to assist with any claims regarding missing or damaged items.
6. Tracking Your Order
You can track your “Sahi Tech” journey in two ways:
On-Site: Visit
atechly.in/track-orderand enter your Order ID.Tools Portal: Use the tracking widget on tools.atechly.in.
7. Address Changes
Changes to the delivery address can only be made before the order is dispatched. Once the order is with the courier partner, address redirection is not possible.
